1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.

2. No Refunds

All payments made for our skincare courses are non-refundable. Since the content is delivered digitally, we do not provide any refunds under any circumstances.

3. Non-Transferable

Purchased courses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with others.

4. Exceptions
